I've submitted an application but I haven't heard anything. What should I do?

There are a couple of options. If you're sure that your application has been submitted, you could try 'requesting an update' in your enrolment portal. That way you can ask your enrolment manager directly what the status of your application is. If you've received enrolment emails from us, then it's likely we have your application in our system.

If you can't get into your enrolment portal or you can't see your application within it, it is likely that you'll need to submit another application. If that is the case, let me know and I'll ask the enrolment manager to keep an eye out for your application so that he can make sure you get through. If you do need to complete another application, just press 'apply now' on unitec.ac.nz and it should take you around 5 minutes.
