Learners eligible for fees-free tertiary education can study either part-time or full-time. For example, you could access some fees-free study in 2018 and may be able to carry over some remaining entitlement into future years. The nature of this future entitlement is yet to be confirmed but may include an EFTS (equivalent full-time student) and/or dollar component.
